You may be a first time buyer or selling your current home and/or buying another, or simply staying where you are and re-mortgaging to borrow for that home extension or new car. We also deal in ‘buy-to-let’ properties.
As we are on the legal panels of most recognised lenders, we can also act for your lender too. This minimises your fees payable to the lender’s solicitors.
When you ring us for a no-obligation written estimate when selling, please ensure you give your name and current address where the estimate can be sent to. Also have the address of the property you are selling and the price you are selling, as well as the name of your lender.
If you are buying a home, then please tell us where you are buying, the purchase price, name of your lender. This will help us prepare a detailed estimate of costs and outgoings such as fees to the local authority, water/drainage searches, stamp duty, land registry fees etc.
